Core IO: This refers to “core infrastructure optimization”.  We strongly suspect that people who use this term a lot also like using really technical jargon and obscure terms that signal being “in” the club (understand what’s being talked about).  We suspect most people roll their eyes when a term like this gets used again and again and again . . .
